Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you’ve got a cloud hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all functionality for any e-mailbox that you create under the domain. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a few functions, but it’s surprisingly easy to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only a single mouse click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be listed in this section alphabetically and you will just need to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or select another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as easy and takes yet another mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be enabled without any effort in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have created with the domains hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll see a tiny logo conveniently located right next to each one of them. With only one single mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choosing on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with this option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature through the context menu that will pop up. In case any of the requirements for creating a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
